For more than 30 years, Allen Carr was addicted to smoking. His book explains how he tried and failed to give up. Then he found the Easyway – a cure which he hoped everyone would try.

Addiction ruins the lives of many people. It also affects the lives of people round them. You are going to look at some websites which tell you more about people who become addicted, or are in danger of becoming so.
